Biography

Dr Jawed graduated from Newcastle University in 1989. After passing MRCP, he joined the London Rheumatology and GIM Registrar rotation in 1992. He was awarded a three-year ARC Research Fellowship in 1995 based at The Royal London Hospital where he researched the effects of exercise in inflamed joints.  Dr Jawed has additional training in ultrasound with a EULAR Diploma in MSK Ultrasound and performs spinal injections under imaging. He was appointed as a Consultant at Kingston Hospital in 2000 and offers a General Rheumatology service with additional interests and extensive experience in managing a wide range of Rheumatology disorders.
